Position Summary
The Guest Service Ambassador is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of home rental inventory for Spectrum and Bears Den, located in Reunion, Florida. This includes but is not limited to supporting the new home rent-ready process, maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, IT, etc., for all rental homes. The Guest Services Ambassador will also oversee all guest relations, assist with guest check-in / out procedures (Complete a thorough GSA Pre-Arrival Inspection Detailed Checklist), guest requests, and overall guest coordination. Administration of utilities setup for new rental homes. Guest reservation coordination with the community gatehouse and resort club front desk.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent and / or experience in a hotel, property management, and / or customer service-based profession preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills in person and via the phone are required.
- Must have guest experience in residential, vacation rental properties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other computer-related skills related to job tasks.
