Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding services and memorable experiences for each guest

- Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team, including:
- Answering incoming calls
- Entering group rooming lists in OnQ
- Entering group information in Passkey
- Building groups in R&I
- Assisting with the distribution of BEOs and Group Resumes
- Completing thank-you letters to clients
- Maintaining group history in the computer system
- Performing other office correspondence upon request
- Ordering supplies for the Sales and Catering Department
- Additional duties as assigned by the Sales team
