About Us:
Rentyl Management is a dynamic and growing property management company specializing in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. If you have a strong background in Full Cycle Accounting, AP processing, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Receivables, and inventory experience with systems such as NetSuite and Craftable Inventory, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Full-Cycle Accounting.
- Handle bank accounts, inventory, credit card receivables, prepaids, accounts payable, and accruals.
- Maintain the general ledger and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial packages with supporting work papers and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and in accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Provide budget vs. actual variance analysis monthly and year-to-date.
- Collaborate with operations to implement and maintain all accounting workflows.
- Oversee internal controls and enforce company accounting policies.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle accounting or a similar role.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in NetSuite and Craftable Inventory.
- Familiarity with credit card reconciliation portals and NetSuite is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
