Part-time Academic Instructor (HVAC/R Technology)

POSITION :   Part-time Academic Instructor (Adjunct Faculty)  HVAC / R Technology

LOCATION :   NDSCS – Wahpeton, North Dakota

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT :   Part-time, non-benefited

WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED :   Anyone eligible to work in the United States

JOB SUMMARY :   Teach HVAC / R courses, for up to 4 hours per day, during the Spring 2025 Semester (January-May).

Minimum Requirements

• Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS
• Industry experience in areas such as commercial refrigeration, building systems controls, comfort cooling, heat pumps, and heating systems (gas, electric, oil, and hydronic)
• Ability to demonstrate and communicate a solid understanding of HVAC / R principles, safety practices, and troubleshooting techniques for both residential and commercial systems
