Description & Details:
- Performs receptionist duties including greeting customers, answering phones, processing mail, and maintaining records and files
- Process payroll records and complete hiring forms utilizing PeopleSoft software
- Coordinate daily and weekly menu management tasks including inventory entry and invoice processing
- Deliver excellent customer service to the campus community
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm | 7:30am - 4pm during summer, winter and spring break.
Advertised Salary:$20.50 /hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year experience in a food service operation.
- Three years clerical/office/computer experience, preferably utilizing computerized food management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-year degree preferred
- College or University experience preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
