The Ndustrial Ntern Program is a paid 13 week opportunity based in our downtown Raleigh, NC headquarters. Our Nterns work on real challenges and solve real problems with the support of our program leads and managers.

As a Revenue Operations Ntern, you will support our team in optimizing sales processes, analyzing data, and maintaining CRM accuracy. This role offers hands-on experience with sales operations, reporting, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales pipeline data to identify trends, assess customer behavior, and pinpoint areas for improvement. This analysis will enable the determination of customer acquisition costs, as well as insights into customer preferences, engagement levels, and overall sales effectiveness
- Assist with data cleansing and validation to maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist the Revenue Operations team in improving sales workflows by helping to streamline processes, organize sales activities, and ensure that tools and resources are used effectively. This may involve analyzing current practices, suggesting improvements, and learning how different tasks contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders using HubSpot
- Participate in special projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency
- Research industry trends to provide insights into sales and operational strategies

- Must be a junior or senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or Master's program in Statistics, or Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must be available to work on-site from our Raleigh, NC office for the entirety of the program
- Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets/Excel, including advanced functions
- Analytical mindset with curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, operations, or data analytics
- Commitment to data quality and a strong understanding of internal client support principles
