As a key member of the NDX Human Capital Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving industrial energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting comprehensive energy audits and developing actionable recommendations to reduce energy consumption and costs.
The successful Energy Manager will possess a strong understanding of building systems, including compressed air, steam boilers, hot water boilers, furnaces, water cooled chillers, air cooled chillers, and cooling towers. They will be able to analyze utility bills, identify opportunities for peak shaving and load shedding, and develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction through energy-efficient solutions.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field is required, as well as three years of experience in conducting energy and/or power studies, managing projects, and directing implementation teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities will include launching and sustaining an energy awareness campaign, preparing and maintaining baseline information on key energy parameters, developing and implementing energy-saving projects, and reviewing proposals for new equipment and processes that consume energy.
