Responsibilities
· Taking orders via phone, email, and web orders
· Scheduling and creating labels for shipping of packages and pallets
· Filling small orders
· Typing orders/Invoicing customers via QuickBooks
· Taking payments via cash, check, and credit cards
· Greeting and assisting customers visit the office
· Running local errands with company truck, occasionally, within an hour of the office
· Light cleaning
· Assembling product hardware kits when needed

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to efficiently work independently as well as with a team
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
