Tech Air is looking for a Foreman to lead our Sheet Metal installation teams and ensure every project is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety.

• 5 years of leadership experience in sheet metal or duct installation.
• Strong knowledge of ductwork systems, industry codes, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.
• Willingness to work the hours needed to keep projects moving.
