Job Summary
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground communication lines.
- Operate bucket trucks and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools and welding equipment for various tasks.
- Climb poles or structures as necessary to perform repairs or installations.
- Conduct inspections of coax cable or fiber lines for damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working in the field.
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including excavators and bucket trucks.
- Experience with hand tools and welding techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with coax cable and fiber optic systems.
- Ability to climb heights safely and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.
- Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
