Directional Driller/Locator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to operate various drilling equipment efficiently and safely. This role requires a commitment to quality work and adherence to safety standards while performing drilling operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment, including backhoes, loaders, graders, and water trucks, to complete drilling tasks effectively.
• Dig and build drill sites according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling operations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth measurements and material samples.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during drilling operations.
• Assist in the transportation of equipment and materials as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with drills, backhoes, loaders, graders, and water trucks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
• Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with tanker operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Home weekends
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
