The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the government procurement process, including RFP (Request for Proposal) development, submission, and pricing negotiations. This role requires advanced Excel skills for pricing modeling, and a proactive approach to strategizing growth in addition to identifying, responding to, and managing government RFPs. The Contract Administrator will also play a key role in implementing efficient processes for contract management and reporting. Experience with government contracting agencies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Government Contracts Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of government contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Act as the main point of contact for government contracts, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
- Identify relevant government RFPs through various government portals and databases
- Develop, prepare, and submit proposals, ensuring that all requirements are met and proposals are submitted on time
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for RFP submissions
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with government agencies
- Develop and maintain pricing models using advanced Excel skills, ensuring that pricing is competitive and aligned with company objectives
- Analyze financial data, especially unit economics, of our contract to inform budgeting and pricing strategies for government proposals
- Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for contract management, including monitoring contract performance, renewals, and amendments
- Ensure that all contracts are managed effectively, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate and coordinate with the business development team to identify opportunities for new government contracts and opportunities
- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth initiatives related to government contracts
- Assist our Business Development planning activities in creating reasonable growth targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in government contracts administration, preferably in a government contracting agency or similar environment
- Experience with RFP development, submission, and pricing negotiations
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and pricing strategies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a cross-functional team
- Familiarity with digital court reporting or legal services is a plus but not required
