Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $120,000 per year (with commission)

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to existing and previous customers to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and meeting revenue targets
- Independently manage personal sales pipeline to drive individual performance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve customer relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B or customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to hit sales targets
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
