About the Position :

  • Track and document therapy treatment, patient performance, progress, and response to care.
  • Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care per regulations and professional standards.
  • Attain expertise with all equipment.

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • 3 years clinical experience required
  • All previous leadership experience will be considered
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Collaborative, team building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
