Are you a creative strategist with a passion for crafting impactful content and driving brand engagement? Neaman Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa, the premier breast and body contouring destination of the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to lead our content creation efforts and enhance our digital presence.

In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on curating and managing high-quality content for use across multiple platforms, including email, social media, and the website. You will collaborate with the web team to enhance digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive, engaging experience for our audience.

What You’ll Do

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and values.
• Curate and create compelling, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and copy, for use across email, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Work with providers and staff to capture authentic content, including before-and-after photos, video testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Email & Social Media Marketing:
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on personalized, engaging messaging to drive patient engagement and retention.
• Oversee social media content creation and scheduling, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor content performance across platforms and adjust strategies based on analytics and trends.
• Website Enhancement & Digital Touchpoints:
• Collaborate with the web team to optimize website content, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives and enhances the user experience.
• Regularly audit and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Work on creating landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets that strengthen the brand's presence and drive conversions.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization:
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content across all platforms, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive in the digital marketing landscape.
• Team Collaboration:
• Partner with the Marketing Director, marketing specialists, and other team members to align content with overarching campaigns and goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed to support content production.
• General Marketing Support:
• Assist with marketing events, promotions, and special campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and content integration.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• A team-player mentality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or a CRM for email campaigns, as well as social media management platforms like Meta Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-quality content tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Preferred Requirements

• 5 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in the aesthetics or luxury brand industry.
• Photography and videography skills with a portfolio showcasing past work.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for content creation.
