Your Role

Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Certified ACNM or equivalent. Master’s preferred or equivalent experience preferred.
- Required Licensure and/or Certification: Currently licensed as a Certified Nurse Midwife in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum Experience: At least one year as CNM with experience in prenatal, postpartum, family planning and routine gynecological care.
