Your Role

Behind every healthy smile is a skilled Dental Biller and Coder making it all possible! In this role, you’ll ensure accurate procedure coding and seamless claims submission, maximizing reimbursements to support our dental services. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help our patients access the care they deserve while maintaining the financial health of the practice.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree (Business Admin) preferred. Certification in dental billing and coding preferred.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental billing and coding, preferably within an FQHC. Billing experience required; coding certification preferred.

Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
