As the Program Manager for Early Intervention Services (EIS), you will play a vital role in advancing HIV prevention and care within our community. You will oversee the EIS team, ensuring the successful implementation of grant-funded programs, including Ryan White initiatives, while driving patient-centered care and service excellence. From program development and staff training to grant management and quality improvement, your leadership will ensure the seamless coordination of care, optimal health outcomes, and continuous community education. In this pivotal role, you’ll foster strategic partnerships, promote outreach activities, and enhance the overall patient experience, making a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
