Your Role
As a Behavioral Health Counselor at Near North Health, you will play a critical role in supporting patients’ mental and physical well-being through a collaborative care model. You will work closely with medical providers, psychiatric consultant, and the primary care team to provide evidence-based interventions, facilitate patient engagement, and monitor treatment progress. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, offering brief therapeutic interventions, educating patients about mental health and substance use disorders, and coordinating care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships and providing compassionate care, you will help empower patients to achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required Licensure and/or Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Nurse, Licensed Psychologist, or Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Compensation
Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.

Qualifications
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
