Your Role
As a Driver at Near North Health, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to deliver care and support to the community. You’ll transport staff, patients, and vital materials safely and efficiently, while operating the Mobile Health Unit to bring healthcare directly to those who need it most. Your role will combine excellent driving skills, a commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service to ensure every journey is smooth and stress-free. With a focus on reliability and teamwork, you’ll help bridge the gap between our clinics and the communities we serve, making a meaningful impact every day.
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required Licensure: Valid commercial driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Minimum experience: 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment. Experience operating large vehicles, such as buses or RVs, preferred.

Compensation
Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
