Your Role
 

As a Financial Counselor at Near North Health, you will be the guiding hand that helps patients navigate the often-complex world of healthcare finances, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to care. By offering personalized assistance with insurance enrollment, our sliding fee discount program, and patient billing, you’ll empower individuals to access the care they need with confidence. Your expertise and dedication will foster trust as you advocate for patients, simplify financial processes, and create solutions to reduce barriers. In this vital role, you will help patients achieve peace of mind, ensuring equitable access to healthcare for all.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.

Compensation 

Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
