Your Role
 

As a Practice Manager at Near North Health, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of one or more clinical sites, working in close partnership with the Nurse Manager. You’ll lead and inspire a diverse team of clinical and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. From optimizing clinic workflows and managing resources to implementing innovative strategies that enhance patient experience, your leadership will directly impact the health and well-being of our community. With a focus on operational excellence, staff development, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide accessible and equitable healthcare to all.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation 

Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
