Your Role 

As the Women's Health Care Coordinator you will serve as a link between the women's health department at NNH and outside referral institutions and consultants.  This role schedules needed outside appointments and may assist providers in guiding patients through their care plans, ensuring their health.  You will serve as a partner to the patient and providers monitoring if the patient completes outside appointments and ensures providers have results before appointments.

• Proficient in Electronic Health Record, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail required; strong oral/written communication skills are a must
• High school Diploma or GED preferred

Compensation 

Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
