UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines using tools such as Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical requirements.
• Design responsive web interfaces that provide a seamless experience across devices.
• Test designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in User Experience Design or a related field.
• Strong skills in user research methodologies and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.
• Familiarity with HTML and responsive web design practices.
• Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create effective user flows that enhance the overall user experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
