This role will involve mentoring a team of ~20 FTEs within registration, authorizations, and financial counseling. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of patient access leadership experience and be able to hit the ground running.
We are looking for a hands-on management style that is willing to step in and cover other's shifts if needed. Knowledge of various laws, including the No Surprise Act, is also essential.
The successful candidate will have out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to work with different department processes that connect to patient access in different fashions. Experience streamlining workflows and processes is highly desirable.
