Our client is seeking a proven Revenue Cycle Manager! This is a newly created HYBRID role where you will periodically travel to the home office and have very minimal travel to their locations within TX.

Desired Qualifications:
- Person to live in Texas.
- 7-10 years of recent anesthesia pro-fee billing and Texas Medicaid/BCBS within the last year.
- Is organized with a project management background and can implement a project such as IT implementations, interface development, bringing a large amount of people onboard, and implementing offshore contracting.
- Great people and public speaking/ presentation skills to give monthly presentations.
- Has up to date knowledge in healthcare technology, and can work with technology analytics. Understand the technology and bring solutions to the table.
- Demonstrated expertise in a working manager/ leadership role. Hands on experience in claims, and likes being in the weeds.
- Denials management experience.
- Analytical skills to find the problems and solve them. Someone who is willing to look past the issues and just fix them. Coach the people they manage to look past the issues.
