This is a newly created role where you will travel once a quarter to the CBO after your training is complete!

Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred: someone who lives in TX.
- 5 years of pro-fee anesthesia billing experience with Texas Medicaid/BCBS.
- Surgical/anesthesia coding to know how to appeal. Know what the appeal needs to say to get it paid and have that level of complex claims management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in a hands on RCM Specialist role. Hands on experience in claims and denials, and likes being in the weeds.
- Analytical skills to find the problems and solve them. Someone who is willing to look past the issues and just fix them.
- IT applications experience is a plus.
