Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and engaging customer service to both internal and external clients
- Manage incoming calls regarding services, billing, and other inquiries
- Schedule appointments for service and estimates promptly
- Make outbound calls to confirm, schedule, and survey appointments when not dispatching
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Track technician time-in and time-out accurately, and close out jobs
- Provide support to schedulers when needed
- Escalate issues as necessary and ensure follow-up for proper resolution
- Other duties as assigned by management

- Comfortable working under pressure
- Team-oriented but also capable of making independent decisions

- Quick to learn and adapt to new skills
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of work with precision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of dispatch experience
- HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industry experience is a bonus, but not required
- Ability to sit for extended periods
