What you'll do :

Proven knowledge and skill to successfully service and install Generac home standby generators

Air Cooled and Liquid Cooled (Generac certified a plus)

The ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction

Knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process

The ability to ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local codes and regulations in the state of NC

Excellent technical abilities and exceptional installation skills

The willingness and ability to attend training and classes

Excitement and passion for Generac generators

Work with crew to complete install projects in a timely manner

Educate customers on electrical / generator parts and products when necessary

Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs

Requirements :

Good Communication skills

3-5 years' experience in installation of home standby generators

All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks

All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid driver's license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
