Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment with minimal supervision
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately, neatly, and on time
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety rules, company regulations, and OSHA guidelines
• Lift up to 50-100 lbs regularly
• Work in various settings, including crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas where HVAC systems are located
• Foster trust and good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Maintain company truck and equipment in a clean and professional manner
• Address client concerns and offer effective solutions
• Work overtime as needed
• Complete any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Safe driving record, as demonstrated by a recent DMV Safe Driving Record
