Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of HVAC system installations from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding HVAC installation appointments, updates, and troubleshooting.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with HVAC technicians, installers, and subcontractors to allocate resources and ensure smooth operations.
Logistics Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of necessary materials and equipment for installation projects, ensuring that all items are in stock and delivered on time.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, progress, customer communication, and materials used.
Quality Control: Ensure that HVAC installations are performed in accordance with safety standards, company procedures, and customer expectations.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or delays during the installation process promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
Compliance: Ensure that installations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and building codes.
Post-Installation Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any post-installation concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC installation coordination or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and related equipment.
Proficient in using scheduling and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ServiceTitan, or similar tools).
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC-related certification or training is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations.
Experience with customer service or client relations in the home services industry.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
