What You’ll Do:
- Performing maintenance on Residential HVAC equipment with minimal supervision.
- Completing all required paperwork accurately, on time, and neatly.
- Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Following all safety policies, including OSHA regulations.
- Lifting heavy equipment (50-100 lbs) and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment, including your company vehicle.
- Listening to clients’ needs and offering effective solutions.
- Being available for overtime when needed.
- Completing any other tasks as needed to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Honest and reliable
- Experienced with HVAC systems (at least 1 year of experience)
- Eager to Learn and stay current with the latest technologies
- Proud of their skills and work
- Friendly and Team-Oriented – able to build relationships with clients and coworkers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license and EPA Certification
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Recent DMV Safe Driving Record
