Receptionist Duties :

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Assist walk-in customers and if needed direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer Accounting extension phone calls, respond to emails, and handle light inquires
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage and track internal building access
  • Administrative Duties :

  • Schedule as well as coordinate meetings and events
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability.
  • Monitor office equipment functionality and arrange for maintenance or repairs when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier deliveries for the company.
  • Point of contact for office related accounts
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Assist in collection process
  • Provide administrative support to management and field teams as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Special projects as needed.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
