What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish a great rapport with the customer
- Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Perform sales of service agreements and HVAC parts
- Perform warranty service repair
- Perform Precision Tune-Ups
- Set goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
- Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
- On-Call rotation (nights/weekends)
- Follow all standard operating procedures
Key Competencies:
- Confident and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Basic refrigerant, electrical and air flow trouble-shooting experience
- Satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
- Excellent work ethic and professionalism
- Highly Dependable, punctual and efficient
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience
- EPA Certified
- High School diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs daily
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, climbing ladders, and in outdoor environments
