In this role, you will wear many hats :
- Assist with implementing new HR software, tackling tasks like data entry, reference checks, credential verifications, sending onboarding documents, background checks, and I9’s / E-Verify.
- Proficient computer skills are key! Excel, Word, and various other programs, you will craft letters, communicate with clients and staff.
- Preparing, sending and tracking contracts.
- From Excel spreadsheets, handling large mailings to answering phones and running errands, you'll keep our office running smoothly with top-notch organizational skills.
- Assist with greeting clients, handling phone calls, entering billing information, and scheduling appointments.
