Busy and established CPA Firm in Eastern, NC is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including running errands (post office, bank deposits, etc.) responding to emails, and supporting the owner and staff as needed. Exposure to bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
Primary Duties :
- Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, running errands, responding to emails, client billing, and supporting the firm’s owner and additional staff as needed.
