• Reliable transportation and insurance required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning and floor stripping/waxing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Solve problems and adapt to various cleaning challenges

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Location:

Fitchburg, MA

Pay Rate:

• Earn up to $750 weekly bonuses for training
