Cleaner - Commercial Cleaning Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and high integrity part-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all. This is a part-time role with opportunity to expand as the business grows. Semi-flexible schedule. 3.5-hour shift beginning as early as 6pm. This part time role is for 2 nights a week : Wednesday and a Weekend Shift (Friday or Saturday or Sunday). This totals to be about 7 hours a week.

Duties
- Perform standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and vacuuming
- Handle trash removal and disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Perform minor maintenance activities related to cleaning such as spot window cleaning

-Must be able to work alone or in a team scenario given expansion

Requirements
- Must have own transportation and driver license
- High integrity with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Capability to maintain a high level of cleanliness

• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
