The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring every home and business we clean meets Neat Geeks’ high standards of cleanliness and organization. You’ll be cleaning a variety of spaces, and each clean is an opportunity to provide exceptional service, create positive client experiences, and maintain impeccable standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and client specifications, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure every area is thoroughly cleaned with no spots missed, leaving clients with a spotless environment.
• Client Experience: Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring their spaces look and feel exceptional.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow cleaning techs to ensure every job is completed to the highest standards and support one another when needed.
• Equipment & Supplies: Use approved cleaning supplies and equipment provided by Neat Geeks to complete assigned tasks.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about cleanliness, have an eye for detail, and are eager to deliver outstanding service. Whether you’re experienced or new to the cleaning industry, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (at least 35 lbs).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
