Among the services offered by NEAT Method are professional home organization, editing/preparation for moves or renovations, and unpacking services. NEAT Method Bergen County is currently looking for part-time organizers to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Review client notes & photos prior to project
- Understand client goals before each project
- Implement organizing solutions as delegated by Lead Organizer
- Contribute to space planning and organizational solutions
- Personal shopping for organizational products as needed
- Assist with donation drops and product returns as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to commute throughout Bergen County, NJ
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and conversational skills
- Value a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Obtain knowledge of organizational processes
- Ability to work well with a team and take direction
- Able to work with a variety of personalities
- Desire to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
- Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Able to visualize and transform a space
- Demonstrate confidence and problem-solving, while also deferring to the Lead Organizer
- Respect your safety as well as the safety of others
- Maintain physical ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time, lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, etc.
- Availability M-F, on an as-needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed.
