NEAT Method is a luxury home organizing service with teams across the U.S. and Canada. Our NYC team is hiring a part-time Junior Organizer to support our NYC team on-site.
Professional Organizer Responsibilities:
- Assist with unpacking, project setup, and managing supplies (pickups/returns/donations)
- Help execute project plans to meet client goals
- Contribute to space planning and custom organizing solutions
Professional Organizer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for organization and design, with the ability to visualize and transform a space
- Highly detail-oriented and enthusiastic—no task is too big or small
- Excellent communication skills with professionalism and discretion, especially when working with high-end clientele
- Physically ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Asana is a plus
- Current availability Monday–Friday, 9–5, on an as-needed basis
Helpful Experience:
- Interior design, home styling, or visual merchandising
- Professional organizing or moving coordination
- Personal assistant or estate management
- High-end events, retail, customer service, or hospitality
