You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in converting inquiries into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Follow up with leads to provide detailed information about our services, answer questions, and convert them into clients.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the schedules of our professional organizers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Session Confirmation: Confirm organizing sessions with clients, ensuring all details are clear and expectations are met.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
