About the Role
NEAT is looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team! Your primary responsibility will be to engage new leads, pre-qualify them, and book sales calls for the CEO. This is a client-facing, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment.
We’re seeking a confident communicator who understands the nuances of relationship building, follow-up, and lead nurturing—especially via platforms like LinkedIn, email, and Instagram. Experience working in CRMs (especially HubSpot), writing compelling outreach messages, and building strategic sales funnels for B2B companies is key.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must live in or near Louisville, KY (including Lexington, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, or Nashville) and be available for occasional in-person meetings.

What You'll Do
- Strategize and execute new lead generation initiatives (cold outreach, social media, in-person events, etc.)
- Build and launch targeted HubSpot campaigns to keep leads engaged
- Handle appointment setting, confirmations, and event reminders
- Confidently speak to NEAT’s services, mission, and track record of results
- Identify and nurture the right-fit leads for NEAT’s offerings
- Keep HubSpot CRM clean and updated with all lead communications
- Track outreach metrics and report on appointments set and kept
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or SDR experience
- Strong knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- Lead generation experience via social media (especially LinkedIn Instagram)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of PR, marketing, and creative services
- Strong follow-up skills without making leads feel pressured
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Compensation
- $60,000–$70,000/year OTE
- Base salary 5% commission on all closed deals
- Average deal size: $30,000 ($1,500 commission per deal)
- Uncapped commission – perfect for a motivated self-starter
