The Opportunity
Neat is seeking an experienced Demo Specialist and Presenter to join our team at our Neat Experience Center in San Jose, CA. This role will be instrumental in showcasing our innovative video collaboration solutions to potential clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Manage demo talk tracks for global live tour and demo program in San Jose, Oslo, and London, with potential expansion into APAC
Conduct front camera demos in San Jose (80% of time, 10 demos weekly)
Maintain tour products, working with Product Specialists to keep all products updated and in working order
Manage sales and Product Specialist presenters and schedules
Collaborate with product marketing and Product Specialists to update and refine demo scripts monthly
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Neat's full product suite and its relevance to different segments and verticals
Serve as a product expert and technical resource for Neat sales teams and partner community
Collect and respond to customer feedback and feature requests, communicating effectively with the product team
Conduct internal training for sales teams on effective product demonstrations and value communication
Co-host webinars and marketing events to communicate new product and feature releases
Requirements
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience in tech sales, preferably with hardware productsStrong background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies
Keen eye for detail and focus on customer experience
Technical acumen and ability to understand complex product features
EBC Presentation Experience Preferred
Proficiency in multiple languages preferred (Spanish, German, or French)
Broadcast Pro AV skills
Additional Information
This is an in-office position, requiring up to 4 days per week on-site
Partnership skills needed to expand live tours in regions using current resources
