Neato is a fast-growing eCommerce Accelerator shaking things up in the marketplace, especially on Amazon. We partner with brands to turn product listings into full-blown brand experiences, combining data, storytelling, and smart creative strategy to help them shine on digital shelves.
The Challenge
As Neato continues to grow, we’re managing more brands, more SKUs, and more creative assets than ever. Our eComm team knows what’s performing. Our Creative team knows how to make things beautiful. But we need a translator—someone who can take raw insights, product specs, and performance goals and turn them into high-converting creative strategies that look amazing and drive real results.
We’re not looking for someone to just "optimize a listing." We’re looking for someone to tell the right story, structure content to sell, and make sure the brand shines on every inch of the digital shelf.
Who We’re Looking For
We need a Creative Strategist—someone who gets eCommerce, understands how customers shop, and knows that great creative is about more than design. It’s about persuasion. Emotion. The journey.
You’ll sit right between our eCommerce and Creative teams, making sure product listings aren’t just technically correct—they’re emotionally compelling and strategically spot-on. You’ll guide how our brand partners show up on Amazon (and eventually other platforms), making sure every piece of content—images, copy, layout—works together to convert.
This is not a hyper-specialized, stay-in-your-lane type of role. You’ll own a lot, wear a bunch of hats, and help us build systems that scale as we grow. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of startup energy and can bring a ton of order and clarity to a fast-paced, always-evolving environment.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full-funnel creative strategy for product listings, A content, and storefronts on Amazon.
- Work closely with brand managers, business intelligence, and creative leads to align content with performance goals.
- Build structured selling stories—headlines, bullets, image sequencing, A layout—that convert browsers into buyers.
- Translate brand tone and product features into clear, visual-first experiences.
- Serve as the go-between for eComm and Creative, ensuring alignment on strategy, timing, and expectations.
- Stay ahead of Amazon trends and best practices, keeping Neato brands one step ahead.
- Report on performance, strategy wins, and optimization opportunities directly to our Executive team (you’ll work with the founders early on)
- Keep a lot of creative projects moving at once—on time, in scope, and with clear documentation.
- We’re looking for someone on the creative side (as opposed to the technical side) of D2C e-commerce, creative advertising, or creative brand marketing.
- A clear understanding of how storytelling and creative strategy impact conversion rates
- Familiarity with Amazon content structures—PDPs, A content, Brand Stores, and optimization tactics
- Strong communication chops—you can speak both “data” and “design.”
- Adobe Creative Suite and Figma experience—you don’t need to be a designer, but you do need to speak the language.
- Ridiculously strong organizational skills. Like, almost obsessively so. You bring structure and order to creative workflows.
- Startup instincts. You move quickly, figure things out, and don’t need a ton of handholding.
- A passion for solving problems, testing ideas, and telling stories that make people want to buy things.

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$120,000 based on experience
