We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Shipping Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operations during the second shift at our facility in Eaton, OH. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all outgoing orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize outgoing shipments
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or defects
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification is a plus
