Understand operational standards and perform operation in accordance to the standard. Verify function of any poka-yoke systems and properly identify status of parts to ensure good quality.

Qualifications
A. EDUCATION
1. High school diploma or GED
B. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Able to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion
2. Standing 8 to 10 hours a day
3. Some bending, stooping
4. Repetitive work with hands
5. May have to pass Ishihara Color Blindness evaluation
C. EQUIPMENT USAGE
1. Electric screwdrivers
2. Injection molding machines
3. Poka-Yoke systems
D. MENTAL/COGNITIVE DEMANDS
1. Ability to work any shift
2. Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and Saturday & Sunday
3. Willing to work in a team environment
4. Willing to work modified shifts and in multiple departments if necessary
Work Experience
1. Experience in a factory environment preferred
