Key Responsibilities
- Create and sell custom landscaping, hardscaping, and pool projects tailored to clients' unique needs and preferences.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide expert guidance, and recommend creative and functional design options.
- Develop detailed project proposals, including visual presentations, to effectively communicate design concepts and secure client approvals.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with design specifications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, address client inquiries, and ensure that all designs are executed to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in landscape design and sales, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping, hardscaping, and pool design principles and trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean and valid driver’s license required.
- Experience in pool installation sales or hardscape installation is a plus.
- Strong background in customer service and client engagement.
