Position Summary
Constructors Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individuals to join the team ! This is a seasonal position responsible for working individually and/or with a group to perform and assist with various jobs at mobile asphalt plants. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies while performing duties safely. Reliable attendance is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- As directed by plant personnel, operates equipment to keep plant sites and shop area clean.
- Identifies and performs minor repairs/maintenance/cleaning on equipment used.
- Works with/on equipment, such as skid loader, aerial lift, dump trucks.
- Unloads tanker trailers into storage tanks.
- Performs daily lubrication and upkeep of the plant
- Assures work is done in a safe and efficient manner; and assures work does not negatively impact the safety of the employees and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and
- previous experience with manual labor in plant environment and equipment; or
- equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid NE driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance program.
- Ability to work flexible work schedule of 60 hours per week, including some Saturdays to accommodate the work assignments and weather conditions.
- Must be able to distinguish between safe and unsafe conditions to assure work responsibilities are accomplished safely.
- Must be able to stay motivated and work on own initiative.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
