Job Summary
We are seeking an IICRC certified (WRT) and experienced Field Manager to oversee restoration projects in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, particularly in mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Duties
- Manage and supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning, restoring, and building as necessary during project execution.
- Coordinate with team members to efficiently address mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work performed.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for using tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the duration of each project.
Qualifications
- Must be IICRC certified (WRT).
- Proven experience in the restoration industry is required, with specific knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license.
- Background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
